Edoughble's Founder, Rana, is a Le Cordone Bleu trained pastry chef who trained under Wolfgang Puck at Spago in Beverly Hills. With an incredibly high level of passion for and expertise with everything from ingredient selection to recipe perfection, Rana is excited to share her knowledge(and sweet tooth!) with young bakers.
Each class is designed to fit in 60-75 minutes and will be virtually conducted over Zoom in a live setting. After you register for class and prior to your first class, you will be provided with a baking kit filled with premium ingredients like Madagascar vanilla, pasteurized flour, non-GMO all-purpose flour and Edoughble containers for your finished cookie dough.
