What you need:
- No-Bake Cheesecake with a Cookie Dough Crust
- 8oz cream cheese - not whipped
- 1.5Tbs heavy cream
- 2.5TB sugar
- 1/2 TB fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 TB vanilla bean paste
- 8oz of Edoughble Cookie dough - Any flavor..our favorite is the Chocolate Chip off the Ol' Block!
